Return/Exchange Policy

 

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3 business days depending on how far you are from Georgia. Once items are pulled for processing, Tracking numbers will be sent via email to the email address provided with the purchase. If you can't find tracking, please check your spam folder.

Orders are processed within 3 -5 business days before shipping.

Business days are monday-friday

Please note, This time may be extended during a sale due to a large volume of orders.

Renae Beauty isn’t responsible for any mis-delivered packages, please contact USPS immediately if you haven't received your package and it says "delivered" as this is beyond our control.

 

Orders with a "delivered" status are not eligible for a refund, we only replace or refund orders that are lost or damaged by the carrier.

You have 3 days after delivery to report any damage to receive a replacement, after this time frame we cannot offer this.

Please make sure your address is correct and updated! 

If you live in an apartment you MUST include your apartment number to make sure you receive your order. We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

 

No returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

PRIVATE LABEL/ WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE after 24 hours of placing the order.
